Where do we deliver?

We deliver to anywhere within Malaysia.
 

How much is the delivery fee?

 *There might be additional delivery charges on Seasonal items due to special logistic preparation.

 How long does it take for delivery?

As most of our products are freshly made to order, it takes 2-4 working days to process your Orders. Please keep in mind that there might be delays during peak season (i.e. public holiday, festive season, sales season, etc).

Also due to global covid-19 outbreak and the Movement Control Order (MCO) in Malaysia, there might be a delay in delivery.

How can I check the delivery status?

You will receive the tracking information via email. You can use the information given to track your shipment.

Can I collect my purchase from Tong Xin Tang Branches?

Yes, you can choose to collect your purchases at any of our branches.
