Return Policy

1. All goods sold are NOT refundable nor exchangeable 7 days AFTER receiving the order.

Criteria eligible for return and refund:

(a) Did not receive the order

(b) Received an incomplete product (missing quantity)

(c) Received the wrong product(s) (e.g. different product)

(d) Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended)

We DO NOT issue refund if:
(a) More than 7 days have passed since the receiving date

(b) The order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. provided the wrong shipping address, ordered wrong product)

(c) Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Tong Xin Tang (i.e. due to delays caused by the courier company, extreme weather conditions, etc.)

2. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team to apply for a refund before shipping your purchases back.

3. If your refund is approved, the item must be unused and in its original package, and you must return the item at your own expense.

4. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, any extra costs which occurred because of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. We do not accept broken or damaged cases or products with missing pieces which are a result of your use. 

6. We reserve the right to deny refund if the items/goods do not meet our Refund and Return policy guidelines.
